   The reports that Renee may stop wearing Carolina Herrera now that the president of the group that oversees the label has resigned are interesting but I don’t quite buy it.

   Renee has clearly developed quite a close personal relationship with Carolina Herrera and, although I find her look somewhat predictable, her red carpet appearances in the label are almost universally lauded and are obviously the reason she was inducted into Vanity Fair’s Best Dressed Hall of Fame this year. I can’t see that faltering as a result of this resignation.

   Side note: Rihanna looks amazing on the cover of the couture supplement in Vogue Italia. Can’t wait to see the rest of it. Fingers crossed for plenty of Dior, Lacroix and Gaultier.

   Oh, and having expressed your opinion so vocally in the past on Kin Kardashian’s image changes, what do you make of her new look Fashion Critic?

   I don’t buy the Carolina / Renee story either, but I thought it was interesting to post.

   Like you say their personal relationship must be too strong to let anything else get in the way.

   With regards to Kim Kardashian, I hate the blonde do she has become so generic

   I think Martin was talking about her gothic look on and in the YRB magazine. I think she looks amazing though. Its fantastic how a wig and make -up can completely transform a person. The styling was also beautiful

   Even though Rihanna looks amazing on the cover … I still prefer the runway version …. the sweet romantic look, Rihanna looks too harsh imo.
