This week we agreed on the Best Dressed Of The Week.
Katie Cassidy has come out of nowhere and become our favourite girl of the moment.
She has worn array of stunning looks recently – Nicole Miller, Balenciaga and now this shimmering Brian Lichtenberg Fall 2009 one-sleeved navy dress.
She teamed her dress with Bebe Desiree leather caged sandals & Swarovski clutch completed her stunning look.
I am a sucker for anything that sparkles, so this was a no brainer for me.
She already has me anticipating her next look.

I love Katie! She is gorgeous and the dress is lovely, but unfortunately her decision to go without a bra cheapened her look. :S So instead I voted for Eva
a see through dress?! yeah she looks like a high class stripper, .. hey i did say high class!
Its so tacky and vegas looking..the bag just makes it worse. Thats why i went for Jessica Stroup.
I like her look but it seems a bit too see-through therefore I didn’t vote for her… But without the see-through it would have been perfect
It is highly likely that she did not realise the dress would go see-through under paparazzi camera flashes. She is a young newcomer, give her a break.
Goodness, she is gorgeous. I’m a fan, as long as she stays away from hair dye, a clipper to shave one side of her hair, and the Jonas Brother .
a sparkly bag paired with a sparkly dress?? i dont think so! and sparkly earrings! its a gorgeous dress but i think she ruined it with those OTT accessories!
