Jennifer Lopez turned 40 last week.
Unlike most actresses who see the big 4 0 as a scary age, Jennifer had a lavish birthday bash thrown in her honour at the Edison Ballroom in New York this weekend to celebrate the milestone.
The diva looked divine wearing an angelic white Roberto Cavalli Spring 2009 gown, with gold chain trims and a daring plunging neckline.
This gown will look very familiar to you as both Kimberley Walsh and Shu Qui have already worn it this year, but this didn’t deter JLo from wearing it on her special night.
JLo wouldn’t be JLo without some bling.
She wore gold earrings, with a diamond encrusted gold cuff whilst carrying a gold clutch to complete her stunning look.
40 never looked more fabulous. Happy Birthday Jen.

Actually the paparazzis and her fans were before the building and Jennifer always is nice to media and her supporters unlike many other stars.

This is the way to celebrate 40- still as glam as ever. Her Latin music career has really picked up in recent years which is why she’s not always in Hollywood. She also has brand new twin babies so I’d say she’s very busy!

She looks very good in it, she’s got the body for sure, but it’s a bit too Mariah Carey for me, a bit tired. I love Jennifer and her big diva style but this time it’s a miss.
