Here is a behind the scenes video of Madonna getting ready to shoot her new ad campaign for Louis Vuitton.
The great thing is you can now see the stark contrast between reality and photo-shopping, or as Marc Jacobs put it “solarization.”
For me the most interesting part of this film is hearing Marc talk about the campaign. Madonna is just being Madonna.

why cant he just say photoshopping instead of using “solarization”, no matter how he puts it she wias still photoshopped far too much.
love it though in the video she looks like a man in the clothes, but in the actual photos she looks like a plastic doll.
She doesn’t look like a man but everyone can have their own opinion. I love the ad campaign and the video is very interesting.
“Solarization”… Lol…
I think he meant: “Transforming Madonna into unrecognizable plastic doll with bunny ears…”
Well, these images are solarized–solarizaiton is the process by which the “positive” shadow areas of the image start to “reverse,” or become negative. I’m sure they utilized Photoshop for the effect, but that’s what gives the images that halo-y effect, Madonna’s retouching aside.
