The beautiful Indian actress Sonam Kapoor wore 80s Thierry Mugler black one shouldered dress to one of the many events during the International Indian Film Festival held in Macau.
She paired the dress with a gold fish shaped pendent necklace, Louboutin heels and a Ferragamo clutch.
Sushmita Sen showed-off her fabulous figure in a body-hugging black Roberto Cavalli Spring 2009 dress.
The dress has been modified slightly from the runway. The cut-outs have been filled with a sheer panel.
Black strappy sandals and a gold cuff complete her look.
For another event Sonam Kapoor wore an intricate silver satin toga designed by Anamika Khanna with a long flared skirt.
Her look was complete with a Jimmy Choo clutch.
Aishwarya Rai exuded style wearing a Nachiket Barve Fall 2008 taffeta dress with a sheer yoke, textured bodice and pleated skirt.
She accessorized with black peep toe heels, diamond drop earrings, a gold bangle and a glittery silver clutch.

Wow. I think this Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor is gorgeous. I would really be glad if either one of her outfits were up for a nomination for BEST DRESSED OF THE WEEK. I would like to see more of her on this site. She seems like a trend setter. A really good one too.
As of the fantastic run at the Cannes, Aishwarya fails to impress.
Aishwarya is a gorgeous woman, but she never impresses me… kind of bland. Hate her shoes, ankle straps are always a) conservative/oldlady-ish or b) sexy. Hers are plain boring,

Actually, that is not true. Chanel never went out of its way to approach her. A Chanel rep of India mentioned that her stylist had approached them and not the other way around.

It’s harder to find pictures of Indian actresses, but I will try to feature more often for major events.

I don’t know why but I am always underwhelmed by Aishwarya’s fashion choices, she should take more risks but always remains kind of boring.
Sonam does take risks and they often pay off. So kudos to her. Priyanka Chopra, Shilpa Shetty, the Kapoor sisters (Karisma and Kareena) usually dress well too. Kareena’s wardrobe in the forthcoming film Kambakkht Ishq film (with Sly Stallone and Denise Richards cameos) looks as if it would be of interest to you FC.
Props for featuring bollywood actresses! Sonam clearly is the best dressed out of the three – that second necklaces is gorgeous!!

Her stylist comes from a very rich family. Her stylist’s mother has a personal relationship with Karl Lagerfeld and this is why Sonam is always dressed by some of the hottest designers and is often seated front row at some of the hottest shows!
