2009 Cannes Film Festival – "A Christmas Carol" Photocall

Jim Carrey, Colin Firth and Robin Wright Penn arrived for the photocall of A Christmas Carol in horse-drawn carriages, with fake snow falling from the blue sky at Cannes Film Festival this afternoon.

Whilst the fake snow fell Robin looked cool in her Ray-Bans, navy jeans, and Matthew Williamson for H&M electric blue tuxedo jacket.

The tuxedo, which reader/stylist Victor Blanco owns, was inspired by a look featured in Matthew Williamson’s Spring 2009 runway show.

We’ve seen so much Couture during Cannes Film Festival, that’s it nice to see a touch of the high-street.

If Michael Jackson can do it, so can Victor.

YOU ROCK.

clothes are so unisex these days, it doesn’t matter what anyone wears.

Women have been raiding men’s closets for years.

I agree with Robbie, Victor looks great.

yep, Victor does look great, but why those shoes? And clutch? I understand the sense of humour etc but… eh. It doesn’t work for me.

RWP is wearing a casual outfit with a standout jacket.

Victor, on the other hand, exudes style. No contest!

suits were worn by men first, yes, but high heels belong ONLY on women’s feet. this is coming from someone with plenty of transgender/transvestite friends and i still don’t understand why some people would walk off the stage and wear them out. you’re seeking attention and it’s absurd.

ho robbie, my patent are from D&G and veeeeeeeeery confortable ;)

  11. Rogue May 19, 2009 at 01:50 #

Why, are you interested in buying those?

  12. robbie May 20, 2009 at 01:42 #

@ rogue, i dont know if you were talking to me or not, if you were then hell yeah i would buy those they are gorgeous.

    thanks victor :D

@ anonymous, not every male who wears high heels is looking for attention, i am male and i personally wear high heels because i like them not because i want people to notice, plus mens shoes are always so boring looking.
