Eurovision Song Contest Moscow 2009 Press Conference & Semi Finals

For one night only Dita von Teese will be German.

The Eurovision Song Contest is this Saturday, and Dita has teaming up with the German entrant, therefore guaranteeing a HUGE audience for the show, and almost guaranteeing a win for the German’s.

The sexy burlesque star will appear on stage alongside Alex Christensen and Oscar Loya to play the part of Miss Kiss Kiss Bang in their performance.

She’ll be wearing a teeny tiny waist reducing corset, with decorative silver nipple covers, and an Elie Saab sequined jacket, but at today’s press conference for the show, the star was fully clothed.

She was wearing a Jean Paul Gaultier Spring 2009 Couture skirt suit, consisting of a black pencil skirt, and an off-the-shoulder lace jacket, with a white detail though-out, which gives the jacket it’s structure.

Louboutin’s heels and black bag complete the look.

Liebe Dita, Liebe.

Russian model Natalia Vodianova, hosted of the semi-finals of the Eurovision Song Contest, as the show takes place in her native country.

She was papped looking heavenly wearing a lilac Givenchy Spring 2009 Couture gown.

The gown has a feathered neckline, which is also adorned with chains.

I haven’t watch the Eurovision in about 10 years, but these two woman will tempt me to watch for the fashion alone.

Natalia had 6 looks overall. (3 looks each night.) You can see more pictures here!

    Alsou`s husband is also a billionaire ;))))

    Oh, I love Natalia Vodianova.
    She`s very beautifull woman.

But I agree that she didn`t work it as a host.

Natalia Vodianova sure was beautiful, but one of the most annoying hosts ever! I was SO suprised when I found out Dita was going to be on stage! But Germany still has no chanse… 😉

Natalia Vodianova only hosted the semi-finals, which are over, and she’s been wearing about 4 amazing couture dresses!
And the host of the final contest on Saturday will be a Russian singer Alsou, and i assume she’ll be wearing some great dresses too, since her father is a russian billionaire, lol

Fashion critic, don’t watch it for the hosts. They are so horrible, constantly! touching each other and talking about really awkward things, like “pushing buttons”, whereafter the man looked at Natalia’s breasts. It’s really embarrassing. If I didn’t love the Eurovision so much, I would have turned it off at the semifinals!

I am so excited, especially to see Dita and what she wears. You should all look out for Norway this year, we have a really good song (Fairytale with Alexander Rybakk). Can’t believe I am actually looking forward to watch Eurovision 😉

    Gorgeous ladies.

I love Jean Paul Gaultier and that was such a magnificient collection.

What a great week for Haute Couture.

I actually prefer the altered version of the Givenchy dress witch is gorgeous by the way. She had four looks for eurovision I think and wore another Givenchy couture dress on the same night. Natalia is only presented the two semi-finals or something, unfortunately she won’t be presenting the main show.

It’s nice to see some jpg couture on the red carpet, that was such a beautiful collection even though Dita is not wearing my favourite piece.

Ling, that’s so cute. What a great idea.

OMG!! I’m actually having a mini-Eurovision party in my house tomorrow night … Eurovision to me has always been a bit of fun and quite tacky and cheesy, but is it going to become a little more sophisticated now? Can’t wait to see what the two ladies will wear on the night!
