The white pants are Maison Martin Margiela.

He has to wear a suit. Come on people, give her a break.

i really don’t get people who bitch about michelle. she is the first stylish first lady the u.s. has had in ages (think jakie, yeah i know the comparison is cliche).
i mean just compare her with bush’s wife for example… why do some people assume that first ladies should wear nothing but ugly suits and throw-backs to the 80′s all the time
obviously michelle obama is far cooler and more modern than the u.s. audience deserves.
I personally think this is inappropriate for the first lady. She needs to try and dress like the first lady, not a celebrity out shopping.
she is such a fashion genius. who knew margiela could look so elegantly casual? she’s made margiela look accessible. i don’t know if that’s what the brand is going for…but she did it. i love this whole look.

I love the whole look, the blouse is to die for. BUT I hate the capris. It’s too casual. I think longer pants would have been much better. She is so tall and has great legs, she would have rocked the whole palazzo pants look.
