I have seen these shoes on this blog and in various fashion mags and i honestly dont get the attraction!
I get the kinda ugly/beauty look thats in when it comes to certain designs but these shoes dont even have this.. they look like theyve been make at a garden depot.. from chicken wire!

haha yeah i guess so..They mite go with that Lanvin (at least i think is it was Lanvin) black plastic bag style dress you featured that singer Brandy wore.. very “eco-garden chic”! haha
I agree–while the concept is a great one and I really do love the caged heels, I just am not at all attracted to these shoes. But I do applaud the house of YSL on continuously creating the most fashion-forward and original shoes.
I think they’re quite fun, but they seem to have no structural support on the instep. Those straps are solely aesthetic, not functional. How does one keep her feet from twisting out of these shoes?
I prefer sandals, but I’m not a fan in general, to be honest.
