In Rachel Bilson’s Closet – D&G Blue Sequin Blazer


Rachel Bilson attended the opening of the D&G flagship boutique on Robertson Boulevard back in December.

She mixed a stunning D&G Dolce & Gabbana Sequin Blazer and grey skinny jeans, with black Christian Louboutin heels and a mustard clutch.

Runway To “2009 USO-Metro Awards Dinner” – Renee Zellweger In Carolina Herrera


In 2007, Renee Zellweger didn’t step on the red carpet unless she was in a strapless dress.

Most of those dress were modified from the runway, and it appears after some variety in 2008, Renee has returned to the style she loves best…of course in Carolina Herrera.

Last night Renee did her part for the troops, giving thanks to members of the United States military, at the USO Metropolitan Washington Awards Dinner.

Her Carolina Herrera Fall 2009 black strapless embroidered dress, has been hugely modified from the runway as you can see, but still recognizable from the leafy embroidery.

Renee is no stranger to doing this. She also modified a dress for the Leatherheads Paris premiere.

I’m not sure about you, but I prefer the runway version, although their is a lot of charm in her strapless version.

In Rihanna’s Closet – Alexander Wang Heels


Another day, another multi-million pound home to view for Rihanna. On this occasion she was reported to have viewed three houses, including a $6.25 million pad once owned by US comedian Jerry Seinfeld.

Wearing a denim jacket, white vest and leather pants, Rihanna completed her look with a pair of black leather thonged Alexander Wang Spring 2009 heels.

I love grungy silver rings, which remind me of piercings.

If you thought her Missoni playsuit, was an indication that she was returning to her cutesy ways, you were wrong, as this edgy look crushes that theory.

I’m glad she is trying something different with her hair, but every time I see her, she reminds me of Michael Jackson during his Bad album, with the black curly hair.

Lanvin Comes To London


Tonight there will be an opening party for the newest addition on London’s Mount Street, as Lanvin first London boutique opens its doors.

Balenciaga, Marc Jacobs and Christian Louboutin have all opened stores on the same street in the past six months, so it’s in great company.

The new Lanvin store will have five floors of Parisian chic wrapped-up in a Grade 2 listed building, adding to Mount Street’s allure.

If you can’t get yourself to Mount Street, you can purchase Lanvin online.

Browns Fashion, and Matches Fashion have a whole range of Lanvin pieces. Net-A-Porter have accessories and shoes.

If you love Rita Wilson and Tilda Swinton’s stunning Lanvin pearl and chain sequin necklace, you can purchase it from Luisa via Roma for €1,026.

Rita seems to be wearing two, to add more drama to her satin aqua strapless gown.

Gossip Girl actress Blake Lively finally gets it right.

She was looking ravishing in a mini pink Diane von Furstenberg dress, and gold Jimmy Choo’s for her appearance on Letterman this week.

I don’t even like one-sleeved anything, so for her to make me love this look, is even more impressive

Hot colour, hot look.

“Skellig” London VIP Screening

Kelly Macdonald wore a lace necklined Collette Dinnigan Spring 2009 LBD.

I love the silver beaded shoulders, which gives the dress a slight edgy Balmain-eqse feel to it.

EcoMom’s Sowing Hope In Congo Party, LA

Nicole Richie wears another look which is very typical of her earth-mother/boho style.

This white kimono sleeved maxi, is covered in an interesting pattern.

Kerry Washington teams a black pencil skirt, with a green Missoni Fall 2008 v-neck sweater.

It looks like she is wearing the same Choo’s as Blake Lively above.

The Ivy, LA

Paris Hilton looks pretty in pink – for a refreshing change – as she leaves the Ivy after dinner with her new boyfriend Doug Reinhardt and her parents.

Paris’ floral tulip-skirted dress is gorgeous. I really love it.

She teamed her dress with silver pumps for this sweet look.

Runway To "Fast & Furious" Moscow Premiere – Jordana Brewster In Reem Acra


The Fast & Furious promotional tour is still going strong. This week in Moscow the film had yet another European premiere.

Jordana Brewster was glowing wearing a sparkling Reem Acra Fall 2008 floor-length gown, with a black sash and a side split.

If Jordana is trying to make a statement that she is a hot young stylish actress, then this glittering dress, paired with a leather Jenni Kayne jacket and black Jimmy Choo Corsica strappy sandals is definitely the way to go.
