When Mena Suvari attended The Launch Of Character Project last week, I was really taken by her heels.
Nico informed me that they were from the Christian Siriano for Payless collection.
I was shocked, surely they cost hundreds of dollars. Wrong. They only cost between $25-$45.
Christian teamed up with Payless for his first shoe and handbag collection. He says it was inspired by the Egyptian landscape. I would say it was inspired by Christian Louboutin for Rodarte and Lanvin, with the spikes, chains, and cone heels.

Here are some other pieces from his shoe collection, which will be available this Fall.

oh god those shoes are FUGLY. seriously for that price these are gonna end up being made of some cheap ugly plastic rather than leather.
i like the second one!
I really love them, besides the ones with the spikes, which are not my thing.
And I wouldn't be so quick to slap that "cheap" label on them.
In my experience, when designers design affordable pieces for stores like H&M, they usually do an excellent job.
I can't wait for these shoes to hit stores.
I can’t believe how cheap they are! The ones with the chains reminds me of the shoes that Rihanna wore with the Preen dress. I wouldn’t wear the spiked shoes, but I’d wear the blue heels and the booties.
*jaw drops* OMG THANK YOU!
I agree with Ling, I immediately thought of Rihanna’s shoes when I saw these!
I hope they come to Canada… I love the second ones!! Thanks for posting
Oooh! I wonder if we will get these in Payless stores in Australia? I somehow seriously doubt it
I would campaign for them if I was you.
If they believe there is a demand, they may bring it to Australia.
FC do you know were to get them in Europe?
Coz they don’t have them in Germany or France
Wow, I love those. And I’m usually not into those types of shoes. What’s wrong with me?!
