Runway To Sidewalk – Victoria Beckham In Louis Vuitton Heels

Jet-setter Victoria Beckham is now in London, after a brief stay in Milan.

She has been seen around town taking several meetings, no doubt already starting work in her Spring 2010 collection.

This morning she was spotted leaving Claridges Hotel very much in the navy.

Her super stylish all-navy ensemble including a cardigan, a top, slim fitted dVb jeans, a military-style cap and Louis Vuitton heels.

Mrs Matchy-matchy did well to get a pair of heels to match her look.

Fierce as ever VB.

This woman is so absolutely flawless, especially because it is evident that she dresses herself, which isn’t something that can be said about a lot of celebrities. I adore her style and her devotion to looking good and well-put together wherever, whenever.

I love Victoria’s clothing line but these… I’m sorry, but not only do they look ridiculous, but highly uncomfortable to wear. She looks like she is trying so hard to not trip.

..Wow, I’m very surprised by these comments. How is a cardigan and jeans show that she is trying hard?
In addition, she has worn far more tricky shoes (Marc Jacobs gray platforms) and is obviously capable of walking around in absurd heels.
Humpf, I’m very sad that people aren’t fans of this very stylish lady.

Well Kris, let me tell you why some people aren’t fans of her.

-She is always severe, never smiling.
-She dresses like a hooker, albeit in designer clothes, to go shopping with her young sons.
-She has the audacity to charge hundreds of dollars for her collection when she isn’t even an established designer yet.

    and there are more.

I’d like it more with different pants. The skinny jeans show off the shoe but they make her look like a 13 year old boy, which undermines the overall visual, especially when the hat makes her head seem bigger.

Would have been interesting to see her in some harem pants.

I think she tries to hard too – to the person who asked. It’s not WHAT she’s wearing, it’s HOW she wears it. Or rather, how it wears HER.

    she is not severe
she doesn’t smile for pictures because she’s painfully insecure about her smile
people that know her describe her as easy going and very funny

putting effort into her outfits and throwing on a pair of gorgeous sky-high heels whenever she leaves the house, even if its to go shopping with her sons, does not make her look like a hooker
it just makes her a conscientious style icon
she knows people are watching and she doesn’t disappoint

and her collection isn’t expensive because she thinks highly of herself
it costs what it costs because it’s directed at a certain clientel

Breathless, if you really want the shoes, I just saw that Bebe already came out with knockoffs. I haven't seen them in person but online they look pretty cool and come in red, tan and black:
