Glamour US magazine is celebrating over 70 years of female American Icons, with a host of celebrities including Camilla Belle, Rumer Willis, America Ferrera, Chanel Iman, Hayden Panettiere and Alicia Keys.
Each one takes on a risk taker, rule breaker or a style maker.
Emma Roberts had the honour of representing Audrey Hepburn. In Emma’s shoot she wore a gorgeous voluminous Giambattista Valli Spring 2009 dress/coat.
The look is minus the ivory bows from the runway, which I think works better.
Emma said of Audrey, “She was so simply beautiful. And she loved charity work, something even more beautiful about her.”

Spencer Grammer and Rumer Willis were representing The Women of Woodstock. They both wore pieces from the Roberto Cavalli Spring 2009 collection, which had many hippy inspired pieces, so worked with the Woodstock theme.
“It’s an era that was so important because it was very much about natural beauty.” said Rumer Willis.
To see many other celebrities representing American Icons go to Glamour Magazine.

What a fun idea! I particularly loved Alicia Keys as Michelle Obama, although I think they could have done better with Emma Stone/Carrie Bradshaw.

Very good pint Robbie. Thye should have got Anna Faris to represent her
