Lauren Conrad celebrated her 23rd birthday recently with her BFFs Lo Bosworth, and her new boyfriend, actor Kyle Howard.
The crew partied at the Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas.
The birthday girl was wearing a green-and-black sheer tunic, embellished with sequins from the Proenza Schouler Resort 2009 collection as a dress.
You may remember Maggie Gyllenhaal also wore this tunic, when she attended the CFDA Awards last June, but she wore hers with silk pants.

I found it interesting that Kate Winslet was on The View today and she was talking about her daughter being a fashionista. She said her daughter asked her why does she wear so much black, so I dont think she will be wearing black for the oscars.You can see the show on youtube.
