I have noticed that towards the end of this week, a lot of web sites had finally woken up to the fact that Angelina Jolie did indeed wear her Max Azria dress backwards to the SAG Awards.
Most had to wait for Jennifer Rade – Angelina’s stylist – for the confirmation, but regular readers will know that I knew this on Sunday.
The UK’s Independent newspaper noted that I was the first to notice the dress-reversal, and they even called my site influential in paragraph 5.
What an honour.

Yay for you! I’m so glad you were recognized. I also thought it was cool that you pointed out the dress reversal. The only thing I don’t understand is why other people seem to think it’s such a scandal. I have two pieces that I wear backwards — they look better that way!

Look, Angelina is known in hollywood for being a control freak, who orchestrates EVERY move she makes and everything she does. She works with one of the most well known stylist in the biz. There is NO WAY that she didnt realize she was wearing this dress backwards. Between her, her stylist ( who I am sure pulled look books, or saw this on the runway), her manager, this was a carefully orchestrated move.

Kyutipye, celebs really SHOULD read this blog. They’d actually learn a lot. Some are even in the desperate need of it. Just because you’re famous, it doesn’t mean you don’t have enough time to browse around the Internet from time to time. At least I hope so.
Angelina lookes every time like a thin grandma. She has a gorgeous face (voted everywhere as the most beautifull woman on the planet in our times), but she doesn’t know how to dress. This is not a “style” she tries.
