Fashion Editors seem to be in love with Victoria Beckham at the moment, as she has appeared on many covers worldwide over the last few months. Most recently Harper’s Bazaar US January 2009.
For this month the fashion designer appears on the cover of Vogue Russia February 2009. I really like this editorial, as it has a bit of an edge, and it’s a lot more creative than the previous shoots she has appeared in.
The downside is that her face it covered in most of the pictures, but she still looks gorgeous.
The shoot was styled by Katie Grand, and Sølve Sundsbø was the photographer.
On her collection: “Forties and 50s underwear played a big influence on the collection, but the inspiration is me.”
“I have tried every one of the dresses on, lived in them, to work out what feels right. I hope the silhouette is what every woman wants to wear.”

Do you think there is some kind of ‘read between the lines’ reference to her face being so covered?
I like the last image but thinks she looks too photoshopped on the cover and in the first image, and quite awkward in the chair for Vuitton.
Another Vogue cover though, well done to her…
It must be in reference to something.
There’s nothing about Vistoria on the cover depite “New Victoria Beckham”.
As soon as the magazine will be in stock I’ll scan you the pages dedicated to Mrs Beckham. Of course, if you need them.
Wow, is she faithful to Marc and Dolce.
She really knows high fashion now…she is taking risks with these editorials…unlike other celebrities who want nothing else but to be glorified in their Vogue editorials.
I love how she pushes her comfort zone with new poses. Tyra Banks would probably call her name first during the elimination day.
That cover screams avant garde for me. Reminds me of that bald chick, Grace Jones.
Thanks Vera, I have the magazine. These are my scans. I just can’t read her text.
I don’t like the cover, but the rest of the pics are amazing!!!!
I live in Moscow and just bought that magazine. She looks gorgeous on every picture. I absolutely adore Victoria and her style!
I used to think she was such a caricature, but I’m really starting to fall in love with her. I think it’s the Victoria Beckham collection–everything just looks so crisp…
Also, I went to the YSL exhibit here in San Francisco last weekend, and I swear that Louis Vuitton green dress was inspired by this ridiculous YSL coat from the ’80s.
I’ve never really been a fan of hers..but i have to admit that i really, really like the whole editorial! Every single picture is fantastic, no surprise it was shot by Sølve Sundsbø, and the cover is awesome..it reminds me of an old i-D cover. I don’t hate her but i don’t even love her style..but in these picture she looks like a total different person..a really beautiful person.
She’s on fire.
completely agree with LILA.
for the first time ever i was really impressed by this photoshoot, she looks great and love the whole concept and dresses here.
i love the dg dress. it´s an interesting one. hope she will wear it at an event. one of the best poses. fierce
i <3 her. what a model
(yeah i know she's not a model, but she owns the pages like a model).
I love this spread…….
News: VB is in the cover of this week italian Vanity Fair.. If you need the translation, let me know…

Thanks Cry. I have seen the cover and it is basically the Harper’s Bazaar US editorial which is a huge shame because I really loved this shoot and was hoping for something else new.
