The LBD is the most reliable item in our closets. We can dress it up, we can dress it down, it can make us look sexy when going out, it can make us look respectable in the office, but it seems that celebs are looking for an alternative, and it looks like they have found it in the Little Navy Dress.

Despite the Gothic romance trend of all black, being the look of the Fall season, many celebrities are shunning the LBD in favour of the LND.

Navy is softer against pale skintone, lighter in shade and easier to blend with other tones, but somehow I see this as a fleeting trend. The LBD will be around forever.
