Kate Beckinsale put up a good fight in the race for Best Dressed this week, but Thandie Newton was our favourite.

Thandie wore a stunning Marchesa Spring 2009 black lace dress with a draped glass organza overlay, which was so captivating, it is not a surprise we both viewed her as the Best Dressed this week.

Thandie is one of my favorite celebs to see on the red carpet, if not my number one fave. I don’t know if she’s ever worn a bad outfit. She is ALWAYS perfection.

I’m going to assume that dress looks much better in person. To me, it still looks like she is wearing saran wrap. Thandie’s gorgeous, but there were better dressed people this week.
