After what feels like years of waiting, Coleen McLoughlin and Wayne Rooney finally got married this weekend.

Her stunning dress, which cost a reported £100,000, was designed by the red carpet queens at Marchesa. The dress was fit for a princess.

OK! Magazine paid a reported £2.5million for rights to the wedding, which cost £5million in total costs. This is a lot of cheddar considering the extravagant Beckham’s wedding cost only £500,000 10 years ago.

The bride will not like me for pointing that her stunning dress, is very similar in style to two dresses from Marchesa’s Fall 2008 collection with the ruffled skirt.

OK! Magazine is out today and cost £2.95, yes more than the usual £2.50 – I guess someone has to pay for the wedding. In the mag you will find intimate interviews with the bridge and groom, intimate scenes of Coleen’s make-up and fitting before the big moment and exclusive pictures of the stunning 18-carat rings the couple exchanged.

Get all this and much, much more in this OK! magazine SOUVENIR SPECIAL, out now.

That is a stunning dress, gorgeous!!! But the price tag is definitely too high for my liking.

Seeing that I live in the US, I will have to wait about a week for Ok! to hit the American newsstands. But I will definitely be browsing this issue to see all the pics.

I agree with Robbie that the dress doesn’t look like it’s worth £100,000. I personally prefer the other dresses you put up to what she wore :)

I like the dress but I would never spend so much for a wedding dress (i.e. a dress you wear only once in your life).

The price tag comes with the fact that the dress is custom-made
