MTV TRL, New York

Kristen Bell is right on trend with this cute haltered floral Etro Spring 2008 dress.

City’s Harvest’s 14th Annual Practical Magic Ball, New York

Melissa George looks uber sexy in her one-shouldered LBD.

“The Life Before Her Eyes” Premiere, New York

Evan Rachel Wood wore this black taffeta Oscar de la Renta Pre-Fall 2008 belted dress, which would have perfect if not for the asymmetric ruffled piece of material, which is dominating the dress.

I do love her Giambattista Valli Fall 2008 platform heels though.

Eva Amurri turns up the glamour in this sexy strapless mini dress.

For me this white dress just washes Emmy Rossum out.

Uma Thurman looks very laid back in this vintage dress, and not at all like she is going to a premiere.

I didn’t even RECOGNIZE Rachel Evan Wood, she’s totally gone all Dita. It’s even worse than the first time you pointed out she was stealing Dita’s style because now she’s got her hair dyed a dark colour (thankfully not styled the same as Dita’s), and she’s wearing a very Dita-style black dress except I think Dita would have pulled off the top of the dress better. So horrifying.

eva’s looking more and more like her mum (susan sarandon) every day! and rachel is looking more more and more like dita every day. in the case of eva, that’s a great thing, but in the case of rachel, maybe not…

I’m glad I’m not the only one who noticed (and was shocked) by how much Evan Rachel Wood is starting to resemble Dita Von Teese. However, Dita has a certain style which she pulls off with panache and elegance, whereas Evan Rachel Wood just looks like a goth copy-cat who tries way too hard. Not a good look. She’s even paler than normal – is she borrowing Marilyn Manson’s face powder?
